"The apartment was extremely clean, modern and well-equipped, it's small / simple but had everything we needed for a few days. The appartments seem quite new, so all appliances were very up-to-date and spotless, great shower etc. The apartment block was quiet and in a convenient location, which felt safe - about 10 minutes walk into the busy, old town, and about 10 minutes from the lakeside beach (Marquisats - also very busy but good swimming spot). The balcony was big, the view is over other apartment blocks and the gardens. We were sent very detailed instructions to access the apartment on our arrival, which meant we found it easily (on foot). Annecy is beautiful and we had a lovely few days. Thank you."

"In general we didn't find much that could be improved about the accommodation. There were three of us (two adults and a teenager) and there is just one sofa (plus dining chairs) so it wasn't overly comfortable for relaxing in the evening. The apartment block entrance is onto a main road (although the apartment is not affected by traffic noise). The area is not the most attractive part of Annecy, but it is convenient and within a few minutes you are by the lake - you can't have everything!"

"The photos were true to reality. Comfortable apartment, good space for a couple or family of 3 or 4. Great location, literally 5 mins by foot to reach the beginning of centre Annecy, even less to reach the lake. Nice and comfortable double bed. Great shower with power. Great garage space. Instructions clear to find the flat. I would have sat on the balcony if it was not winter 😂 Loved the welcome kits offered, it was very thoughtful, there are products to clean dishes and flat, so that was good, including capsules for washing machine and dishwasher. Use the washing machine (great) not dishwasher. It is a good place to visit Annecy and the lake and it allows you not to worry about the car, which is very difficult to park when you rent a place in the centre of Annecy."

"Unfortunately, the view to the lake from the balcony does not exist any longer as a new building is being built as I'm writing this. You can see the top of the mountains and the garden which is ok. I mean the lake is literally 2-3mins away and everything else with full view to the lake is stupidly expensive... Just that picture with view to the lake should be removed as it is not valid any more."
